Life Coach – Brompton Hall School

Are you a hardworking, creative, and knowledgeable professional with a passion for supporting children with SEND? Brompton Hall School is seeking a Life Coach to play a vital role in shaping the personal development and welfare of our pupils. As the life coach, you will ensure high-quality pastoral support for pupils with additional needs, working closely with staff, families, and external agencies. In addition, you willlead personal development across the whole school,driving initiatives that promote well-being, resilience, and positive relationships. Working within the established pastoral team you will support interventions and pupils personal development for all pupils within the school. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people, within a supportive and dynamic school community. This role is term time only, 37 hrs pw. Actual Pro Rata Salary is £27,532 - £29,910 , term time only, 39 paid weeks
