Role

To support the learning, development, wellbeing and inclusion of pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) within both the Additionally Resourced Base (ARB) and mainstream classroom settings. The Teaching Assistant will provide high-quality 1:1, small group and whole-class support, helping pupils to access the curriculum, develop independence, achieve individual targets and participate fully in school life. The role requires close collaboration with teachers, SEND staff, parents and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils with a range of needs, including communication and interaction needs, cognition and learning needs, social, emotional and mental health needs, and sensory or physical needs.
