- LSA Level 4 Points 4 to 7 and MDA Level 3 Points 3 to 5
What skills and experience we're looking for
- Experience of supporting pupils in primary schools
- Experience of working with pupils with a range of SEND
- Relevant NVQ level 2 or above
- GCSE A-C/equivalent in English and Maths
- A caring, patient nature
- The ability to be flexible
- The ability to work well within a team and independently

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic person to join our successful team, supporting pupils learning initially in our younger year groups; in the classroom setting, in small groups and through 1:1 support.
Initially this role is likely to support our children in Dolphin Bay, so experience and enthusiasm to work with
pupils with a range of SEND would be desirable.
