Lunch Time Supervisor job summary

We are looking to appoint a Lunchtime supervisor with the following qualities:
-Confident in communicating with adults and children;
-Happy to work both indoors and outside;
-Kind and compassionate;
-Confident to share our high expectations with our pupils.

Job Start Date: 3rd November 2025 or ASAP
We are looking to appoint a caring, responsible and observant person to join our well-established and committed lunchtime team.
You will be responsible for the safety and welfare of the pupils during lunchtime, both inside the building and outside in the playground.
You will be involved in the supervision of children and the organisation of play to ensure they have a positive lunchtime experience.
You will need good interpersonal skills, and must be trustworthy, reliable, punctual and enthusiastic about working with children.
Previous experience is not essential as full training and support will be provided.
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
