Lunchtime Play Leader job summary
As a Lunchtime Playleader at Trinity C of E Primary Academy as part of St Chad’s Academies Trust, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing and positive behaviour of pupils during the lunchtime period. Working closely with colleagues, you will supervise pupils in the dinner hall, playgrounds and other designated areas, promoting positive plat, inclusion and good conduct in line with the academy policies.
You will contribute to a calm, respectful and purposeful environment built on trust and harmony, where pupils feel safe, valued and confident. Through your dedication and positive relationships, you will support pupils’ engagement, independence and enjoyment.
At Trinity C of E Primary Academy, service and community are central to our ethos. You will work as part of a collaborative team of colleagues, supporting pupils across the academy and contributing positively to academy life. You will be encouraged to share ideas, reflect on practice and take pride in supporting children and families.
