Job Title: Lunchtime Playworker

Actual Annual Salary: £4,206 - £4,330 (Based on hours and weeks worked) 

Full Time Equivalent Salary: £24,819 - £25,548 (CLF Grade Aii). Based on 37 hours per week, All year round.  

Contract Type: Permanent, Term time only

Hours: 7.5 hours per week

Additional role information: This role will involve working Monday to Friday, 1.5 hours per day.  Flexible working patterns may be considered for the right candidate.

We are looking for a new Lunchtime Playworker to join our supportive and talented team at Uphill Village Academy. If you are caring, responsible, and enthusiastic about helping children enjoy a positive and engaging break in their school day, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Lunchtime Playworker, you’ll help deliver a safe, inclusive and stimulating lunchtime experience for all children. You’ll work closely with colleagues to support play activities, encourage positive behaviour, and ensure the wellbeing of every child in your care.

  • Knowledge of basic food hygiene and health & safety standards.
