City Road Primary School

is seeking to appoint lunchtime supervisors
10 hours per week (term-time only) - 11:30am - 1:30pm
We have exciting opportunities for Lunchtime Supervisors to join Inspire Education Community Trust, based at City Road Primary School in North Edgbaston.
We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable and committed individuals who are passionate about supporting children and creating a safe, happy and positive lunchtime experience. You will work as part of a friendly and hardworking team, supporting pupils during lunchtime both indoors and outdoors.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the health, safety and welfare of pupils at all times
- Supervising children in the dining hall, playground and, where required, in classrooms
- Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction during lunchtime
- Supporting pupils to follow school routines and expectations
- Acting as a positive role model and promoting inclusive play and cooperation

- Be able to work calmly and effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrate a caring, patient and responsible approach

This role is subject to enhanced DBS clearance and compliance with safeguarding and safer recruitment requirements in line with statutory guidance. In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016), applicants must have the right to work in the UK and the ability to speak fluent spoken English.
