LUNCHTIME SUPERVISOR job summary

Do you have an ability to create a fun, engaging, calm and orderly environment in which children can explore and express themselves? Do you have a good sense of how to take care of children and safeguard their needs?

We are looking to recruit a member of staff who will ensure a safe and secure environment for our pupils. We are looking for someone who is:

  • Has a strong sense of keeping children safe and cared for
  • Positive, caring and enthusiastic
  • Can create excellent relationships with children and staff
  • Can work as part of a larger team
  • Can support positive behaviour
  • Enjoys being with children
  • Will be pro-active in engaging children in lunchtime activities/play
  • Is willing to undertake any appropriate training
