Lunchtime Supervisor job summary

Lunchtime Supervisor - 1 year fixed term

£12.17 per hour, 2 hours a day – 5 days a week

12.00 to 14.00 daily, term time only (38 weeks)

We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic and caring individual to take on the role of lunchtime supervisor. This position involves the care and supervision of students during the lunchtime in the canteen and outside social areas, working with a team of teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure the safety, welfare and good conduct of our students.

Previous experience of working with young people is an advantage, but enthusiasm and willingness to work flexibly as part of a team are essential.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have good organisational skills
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be flexible and able to work as part of a team
  • Be sympathetic to the needs of young people

With easy access to the A27; centrally between Chichester and Brighton, and also the A24 and the A23.
