Lunchtime Supervisor job summary

About this role:

We are looking for a calm, friendly lunchtime supervisor who can work well as part of our team and who has the vision to bring out the best in our pupils. We are a small caring Church of England school in the village of Callow End near Worcester. Our vision is 'Building a foundation for love and learning,' and we are part of the Diocese of Worcester Multi-Academy Trust (DOWMAT)

Purpose of the post:

Assisting the lunchtime team in securing the safety and welfare of pupils in the playground and/or the hall during the lunch hour. Your main duties include:

Supervising pupils outside

Encouraging pupils to have an active and enjoyable playtime

Ensuring that pupils are safe outside

Ensuring pupils' behaviour is of a high standard

Cleaning tables, clearing dining area and loading dishwasher


You will also be part of the wider team and may be required to serve meals, support and encourage pupils to eat their lunch, clean tables and clear the dining area. clean
