What skills and experience we're looking for

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising children during lunchtime in the dining hall and playground
  • Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils
  • Assisting with setting up and clearing away the lunch area
  • Supporting children with their social and behavioural development
  • Reporting any concerns or incidents to the relevant staff

Person Specification:

  • A friendly and approachable nature
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
  • A commitment to ensuring the safety and happiness of our students
