What skills and experience we're looking for
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising children during lunchtime in the dining hall and playground
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils
- Assisting with setting up and clearing away the lunch area
- Supporting children with their social and behavioural development
- Reporting any concerns or incidents to the relevant staff
Person Specification:
- A friendly and approachable nature
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
- A commitment to ensuring the safety and happiness of our students
