At East Herrington Primary Academy, we believe that lunchtime should be a fun and exciting time for all our pupils. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and imaginative Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team and help create a playful, safe, and positive environment.
We are looking for someone who:
- Can supervise and engage pupils, encouraging them to join in fun and inclusive activities, from team games to creative play.
- Support pupils in making new friends and resolving any conflicts in a positive, friendly manner.
- Help pupils enjoy their lunch and assist with any dietary or personal needs.
- Ensure the playground is safe and tidy, encouraging pupils to play safely and respectfully.
- Be a role model for good behaviour, promoting kindness, cooperation, and respect.
