About this Role
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly team. You will be responsible for supervising children during lunch in the dining hall and out on the playground, promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising children in the dining hall and playground
- Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting school rules
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children
- Assisting with mealtime routines and hygiene practices
- Working collaboratively with other staff members
Skills and Qualities:
- Friendly, approachable, and patient
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage groups of children effectively
- Reliability and a commitment to safeguarding children

Harborne Primary School is a four-form entry primary school based on 2 sites with 840 pupils on roll: the original site dating back to 1902 at Station Road and our second site newly built in 2019 at Court Oak Road.
We are a friendly and thriving four form entry primary school and operate from 2 sites. We also offer term time wrap around care.
The school is a place where happy pupils succeed, which balances attainment with wider world skills acquisition and the development of well-rounded and happy children well equipped to thrive. We have a brilliant and cohesive staff team.
