What skills and experience we're looking for
Holy Family & St Michael Catholic Primary School, Pontefract are seeking to appoint a hard working and motivated Lunchtime Supervisor.
At Holy Family & St Michael’s we aim to ensure that pupils are given a secure environment which allows for their spiritual, emotional and intellectual development and which will enable them to become happy, useful and successful members of society. Duties will include:
- Escorting children to the dining hall and supervising them whilst they eat and in the playground
- Administering minor first aid
- Reporting any accidents or injuries
- Assisting and supporting with children's individual needs needs during the lunch break
- Dealing with any behavioural issues and reporting accordingly
- Initiate games and activities suitable to the age of the children
