Lunchtime Supervisor job summary
Part Time: 1 hour per day
Salary: Grade 2
Scale: SCP3
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lunchtime Supervisor at Knypersley First School.
The successful candidate will:
Supervise pupils in the dining hall, encouraging positive behaviour, manners and a calm atmosphere
Monitor and support pupils on the playground and in other indoor or outdoor areas during lunchtime
Encourage positive play, helping children to join in games, resolve minor conflicts and build friendships
Support the smooth running of lunchtimes by setting up or clearing away equipment as needed
Model and reinforce the school's behaviour expectations and safeguarding policies at all times
Understand the importance of safeguarding, inclusion and wellbeing in a school setting
