What skills and experience we're looking for
Qualifications and experience:
Previousexperience working with children in a supervisory role preferred.
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
Basic first aid training or willingness to undertake training.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
