What skills and experience we're looking for

Qualifications and experience:

  • Previousexperience working with children in a supervisory role preferred.

  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.

  • Basic first aid training or willingness to undertake training.

  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
