Penn Fields School is a trauma-informed setting dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment for all students. We are seeking a caring and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team and help make lunchtimes a positive experience for every child.
About the Role
As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise students during lunch and playtimes, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
- Promote positive behaviour and inclusion across all age groups.
- Support students with social interaction and independence.
- Assist with personal care needs where required.
- Work closely with staff to maintain a calm, nurturing environment.

- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
- Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).
