Salary: Support Staff Grade 3 £27,254 - £33,699 FTE (Actual salary £25,130 - £31,073 depending on experience)

Hamstead Hall Academy Trust is seeking an exceptional individual to lead our marketing and communications activity with creativity, energy, and professionalism. If you’re passionate about engagement, highly organised, and have a sharp eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We’re looking for a confident marketing and communications all-rounder—someone comfortable working across the trust to grow and develop new skills. Strong IT and digital marketing expertise are essential, alongside experience of using social media outlets and a willingness to embrace new technologies.

While previous experience is beneficial, what matters most is your motivation, your potential to shape the role, and your alignment with our vision and values. You should be able to work independently, while also being an enthusiastic contributor to a wider team. Experience within education or a customer-focused environment will be an advantage, particularly if you have a proven track record of delivering successful strategies.

Beyond technical skills, character counts. You’ll bring a warm, personable approach, building relationships with ease, and demonstrating professionalism at all times. High standards, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential.
