Lunchtime Supervisor job summary
LUNCHTIME SUPERVISOR
£12.85 per hour 5 hours per week
£2882.08 per annum
Fixed Term until Easter 2027, Term time only
St Joseph's Catholic Primary Academy is seeking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor.
The successful applicant will:
1 - Support children and young people to actively participate and be involved in a varied menu of play opportunities and activities
2 - Work alongside other staff involved in lunch time supervision
3 - Liaise with teachers where necessary in order to support appropriate play opportunities for targeted children
4 - Be responsible for monitoring a safe working environment
5 - To report all accidents and incidents to the appropriate bodies
6 - To keep the play areas clean and tidy during sessions, and clear up fully at the end of each day
7 - To direct and supervise children to and from the dining area
8 - To supervise children whilst collecting food and eating
9 - To supervise children in the playground, lunchtime area and in the classrooms
10 - To attend relevant job-related training
