Lunchtime Supervisor job summary

We are seeking a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor and Play Lead to join our friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground and other areas around the school
• Encourage positive social interactions at lunchtime
• Lead engaging play activities that are safe, inclusive and age appropriate
• Promote positive behaviour and help resolve minor disputes in a calm and fair manner
• Ensure the safety and welfare of pupils at all times, following school policies and procedures
• Support children with additional needs to be fully included in lunchtime routines and play
• Report concerns about pupils' behaviour or wellbeing to an appropriate member of staff
