What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for highly motivated and committed individuals to join our experienced team of support staff. The successful candidate would be involved with supporting the students to recharge their batteries both in terms of eating their lunch and also letting off steam after their efforts of the morning. An effective lunchtime is essential for the first lesson of the afternoon to be productive. Lunchtime Supervisors will supervise students over this important period of the College day, engaging with students to ensure they have an enjoyable break. This will also involve dealing with behaviour and welfare issues as they arise.
