DELVES JUNIOR SCHOOL

Lunchtime Supervisor - 7.5 hours per week (1.5 hours per day).

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring individual to join our lunchtime staff. The successful candidate will join a well-established lunchtime team at this three-form entry Junior School.

Along with the normal lunchtime duties, you will help to ensure that the children are safe, secure and in a caring and happy environment. Having a knowledge of OPAL would be helpful but not essential.

Your duties will include:

Supervising and assisting in the dining hall

Ensuring children are safe, happy and well-behaved during the lunchtime period

Supervising and helping with the children outside on the playground or in the classrooms if it rains.

The School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We expect all staff, and volunteers to share this commitment. The post will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
