Main Scale Teacher with Subject Leadership job summary
The children and staff of St Laurence Catholic Primary are looking for a reflective and dynamic class teacher who is highly motivated and inspiring, with high expectations of all pupils. The postholder will be our year 4 class teacher. As well as this, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to take on subject leadership. We are seeking an experienced teacher with excellent classroom management, who teaches with an enthusiastic and nurturing approach, in line with our Behaviour and Relationships Policy.
You will:
- Have QTS, ideally with Lower Key Stage 2 experience.
- Ensure the delivery of an appropriate, comprehensive, high quality, knowledge-rich curriculum that has high expectations of achievement for all students.
- Have drive and passion for the professional development opportunity of subject leadership.
- Develop excellent relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
