The school is over two sites and there may be times when colleagues are expected to work across both sites with students.

The successful candidate will have the vision, creativity and experience to lead and manage the Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) for twelve students with ASD. In addition, they will play a key role as part of the Learning Support Department by assisting the Head of Inclusion (SENco) to deliver whole school training and in securing the best possible outcomes for students with ASD across the school. They will join an energetic school which strives to ensure that all students have the highest standards of behaviour, enjoy learning and surpass expectations of achievement.
