Marketing and Events Assistant

Connect MAT | Grade 3 | Based at Trust HQ

37 hours per week | Term time plus 2 weeks

Are you creative, organised, and passionate about making a difference?

We're looking for a dynamic Marketing and Events Assistant to support marketing, communications, events, and careers activities across our Trust. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll help deliver marketing campaigns, create engaging content for websites and social media, coordinate events, and support careers programmes that inspire young people to explore their future opportunities.

Working closely with colleagues, schools, employers, and external partners, you'll help organise careers fairs, open evenings, and community events, while providing administrative support to ensure projects run smoothly. The role requires regular travel between Trust schools and sites.

We're looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills who is proactive, creative, and confident using IT and social media. Experience in marketing, events, education, or content creation is desirable, and knowledge of Canva, photography, or design software would be an advantage.

This role is contracted at 37 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks. Some flexibility is required to support occasional out-of-hours events, with time off in lieu provided in line with Trust policy.

Please note that we operate a probationary period of 4 months across all jobs in the Trust (see attached policy for further details). You will receive a comprehensive induction to support you to successfully pass your probation.
