Marketing and Social Media Assistant job summary

The Marketing department team at Maiden Erlegh Trust is a small but highly experienced team of professionals. They are motivated by the day-to-day challenges that working across multiple schools can bring and work hard to ensure that a seamless and efficient service is provided.

Our schools are supported by the Central Services Team at Maiden Erlegh Trust who provide a range of business services and support our partner schools in carrying out their statutory responsibilities and core business functions.

The postholder will be required to support the Maiden Erlegh Trust Shared Services marketing and communications team by:

Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Maiden Erlegh Trust’s values, programs, and events

Create, curate, and manage content for our website, intranet and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to engage our audience and drive interaction

Support the design and distribution of marketing materials, including newsletters, brochures, and promotional content

Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to gather stories, testimonials, and news for marketing initiatives

Managing brand and marketing initiatives for the Trust and its schools

Maintaining a social media calendar and schedule approved posts

Assisting with website compliance checks

Attendance at promotional functions and events as required with prior agreement.
