What we’re looking for
The Marketing and Communication Officer is a vital member of the Trust central administration team, responsible for managing and enhancing the Trust’s marketing efforts, communication strategies, social media presence, and community engagement initiatives. The Officer will work closely with the COO, Fundraising Officer and school administrators to promote the Trust’s mission, values, and achievements to various stakeholders, including students, parents, prospective new employees, other schools and Trusts, alumni, potential benefactors and the wider community. The Marketing and Communication Officer will have a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment
Position Details
20 hours per week, flexible hours with opportunity for some to be worked remotely (hybrid).
Term-time plus 2 weeks (41 weeks per year)
