What skills and experience we're looking for
The person we are looking for will have relevant and recent experience of working withina marketing environment and as part of a team. You will have a proven track record in taking responsibility for completion of tasks and projects and be able to work well under pressure. Good knowledge of web design, and an understanding of GDPR and data protection regulations would also be desirable but not essential. Personal qualities for this role include exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, flexibility with regard to working at other sites across the Federation and possessing a calm, courteous and professional manner. The Vale Federation of Schools incorporates Booker Park Primary Special School andStocklake Park Secondary Special School. Booker Park School currently educates 239 pupils and StocklakePark School 104 students, including a Sixth Form. Further details about the role
Reporting to the Business Director the successful candidate will co-ordinate the marketing andpromotional activities across the Federation, including managing events, websites and social media, ensuring all are completed to the highest standards and align to the Federation branding guidelines. You will work with third party marketing partners and agencies, and promote the Federation and all associated schools to the highest standards. (Please see candidate pack for further details)

Part of the Vale Federation of Schools, Stocklake Park Secondary School is a special school which caters for students who have moderate to severe learning difficulties. There are currently 100 students at the main site. The school follows a primary model and is designed to meet individual educational needs and develop social and personal skills. The curriculum is organised to give students the opportunity to experience and explore different subjects. We provide high quality education and care and students have access to a range of therapies, multi-agency professionals and a team of therapists who support students’ needs. We offer an excellent training package for staff together with a fantastic opportunity to become part of an innovative and forward thinking team who are providing a therapeutic and unique learning environment for its pupils. All students have access to swimming at our primary site, a rebound centre and purpose built outdoor spaces including a MUGA (multi use games area) and playground equipment. We are close to bus and train links and on-site parking is available for staff.
