What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed member of staff to join our dedicated, child centered team. A willingness to support the Christian ethos of the academy is essential.

The post will involve supporting children with a range of needs which could include speech, language and communication difficulties; those with neuro diversity or those with attachment difficulties or challenging behaviour.

Training will also be provided as needed, to widen skills over time and a willingness to participate in professional development is essential.

A willingness to work as a Lunchtime Supervisor for part of each day is also desirable in candidates. We find having staff who they see all day everyday helps pupils enjoy their lunchtime more
