Maths Lead/Classroom Teacher job summary
Weatherfield Academy is a growing 7-19 age range SEN Academy with pupils who have Specific Learning Difficulties and some additional needs taught in classes of approximately 12 students. .
We are looking for an experienced Maths practitioner with SEND Experience. The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic and flexible approach, working in teams alongside committed colleagues. You will be expected to play an active role in all aspects of school life. A class teaching commitment will be the main part of these roles.
There will be opportunities for professional development in all areas of SEND education.
We are looking for an experienced and qualified teacher, from either a mainstream or special education background, with an enthusiastic and flexible approach, to work in teams alongside committed colleagues. You will be expected to play an active role in all aspects of school life.
A visit to the Academy is welcomed and a flexible start date available.
