What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will be a leader who has credibility and a track record in leading subject strands successfully, and one who has a clear understanding of pedagogy, curriculum, and the translation of this into the classroom to secure learning outcomes.
The successful candidates will:

- Demonstrate the ability to build on success and manage change
- Show commitment to a culture of continuous improvement that promotes excellence for staff and pupils alike and builds on our current Ofsted rating
- Demonstrate excellent inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to articulate a clear vision for the area of teaching and learning and support positive relationships across the Trust
- Contribute significantly to the wider development of all schools within the Trust
