Based in Gorleston, Cliff Park Ormiston Academy is a vibrant and happy 11-16 secondary comprehensive academy in the heart of the community. About you:
Our ideal candidate will:
- Be an excellent classroom practitioner who can provide high quality teaching to GCSE level.
- Be effective in using data/strategies to raise levels of achievement and challenge underperformance.
- Have an effective approach to behaviour management.
- Have knowledge of the current educational landscape, government initiatives, OFSTED requirements and implications for academy direction.
- Contribute to the activities of designated curriculum areas.
- Undertake the role of form tutor, as required.
