Maths Teacher job summary

Enfield County School for Girls is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher of Maths to teach across KS3, KS4 and KS5. The successful candidate will teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, inspiring students to develop confidence, curiosity and strong mathematical understanding. The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related subject

  • Have experience of teaching Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the ability or ambition to teach Key Stage 5

  • Have a strong commitment to securing excellent outcomes for students

  • Be able to use technology effectively to support teaching and learning

  • Be committed to continuous professional development

  • Be able to contribute to the pastoral life of the school, including form tutoring

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for their subject and the ability to engage and motivate students
