The TEACH Poole Multi Academy Trust was formed in April 2015. All four of our wonderful schools are graded as good or outstanding schools by Ofsted. We are extremely popular, over-subscribed, forward-thinking schools with supportive staff and fantastic children.
We are looking to recruit a calm, self-motivated and hardworking Medical Admin Officer to work within our friendly and supportive team, on a maternity cover temporary basis. The successful candidate will be employed by the Trust as a whole and as such, can be expected to carry out their duties at any of the four schools, although there is currently a vacancy at Haymoor Junior School.
We are looking for a good team player who can work well independently and with initiative. The ideal candidate will be professional, confidential, adaptable and flexible and able to work under pressure. They will provide first aid to pupils across the whole junior school age range, and complete admin duties to support the school. Experience of working with children and within a school office is desirable but not essential.

- Have a full Paediatric first aid certificate or be willing to update medical skills as needed
- Have previous administrative experience and are competent using Microsoft Office
