As our Medical and Inclusion Officer, you will be at the heart of ensuring that every child feels safe, supported and able to thrive in school. From coordinating healthcare plans and responding to first aid needs, to working closely with families, staff and external professionals, your work will have a direct and meaningful impact on children’s daily experiences. This is more than a medical role — it is about building trust, creating reassurance and making sure that every child’s needs are understood and met with compassion, precision and confidence.
