pastoral leaders across the school and work closely in partnership with
colleagues from other RKLT schools and our cluster team.

responsible for the provision of specialist and targeted therapeutic support
and interventions to students with a range of mental and
emotional poor health. These may include, but are not limited to,
students that have experienced, or are experiencing, bereavement; anxiety;
self-harm and suicidal thoughts, or eating disordersetc. To carry out
the role it would be a distinct advantage if you were qualified and registered
with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or
from a mental health background, when an equivalent qualification would be
