Mid-Day Leader job summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting pupils during lunch with sensitivity and care

  • Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction

  • Supervising indoor and outdoor play activities

  • Assisting with personal care

  • Being a friendly and consistent presence for our pupils

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
  • Has a calm, patient and caring approach

  • Enjoys working with children and young people with special educational needs

  • Can work well as part of a team

  • Is committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing

  • Experience in a school or SEN setting is desirable, but not essential - training will be provided
