Mid Day Supervisor to support a child with an EHCP job summary

The successful applicant will:

  • Provide a positive role model to all children in the academy within the age range of 2 -11 years.
  • Ensure that lunchtime activities are supported and managed in accordance with the school’s policies and procedures under the overall direction of the Senior Lunchtime Supervisor and the Head Teacher which may include- undertaking playground and play leadership duties and ensuring the children have a safe and fun playtime, organising games and helping to settle issues that arise.
  • Ensure the security and care of the children at the school.
  • Promote children's social development during the lunchtime period
  • Be responsible for the safeguarding and wellbeing of children.

Hours of work are 12 - 1.30 Monday to Friday (Term time only)
