You will supervisor children in the dining hall and playground, encourage positive behaviour and healthy eating, and support children through play and social interaction.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 11.50am to 13.10pm, term time only. Applications from candidates wishing to work fewer days per week may also be considered.

  • Enjoys interacting and engaging with children through play and supervised activities
  • Supports healthy eating, good manners and positive behaviour
  • Is flexible, supportive and works well as part of a team
  • Has high expectations of children and seeks to make lunchtime a positive experience for all

Previous experience of working with children or within a school setting is desirable but not essential. A First Aid qualification would be an advantage, although training can be provided.

We can offer:
  • Friendly, articulate and enthusiastic children who are eager to learn
  • A creative, positive and supportive staff team
  • A welcoming school community with supportive parents
  • Opportunities for professional development and training
  • A well-resourced school with excellent outdoor learning opportunities
  • The opportunity to make a genuine difference to children's daily experiences
The Benefits of Joining Coppice Primary Partnership
  • Excellent professional development opportunities across the Trust
  • The support of committed, enthusiastic and dedicated colleagues
  • A supportive and rewarding working environment
  • A family-first approach, with flexibility to support important family commitments
  • Free access to wraparound care and holiday play schemes for eligible staff children when staff are required to work
  • Access to Kent Rewards and Blue Light Card discounts, offering cashback, discounts and vouchers from a wide range of retailers
  • Optional school and Trust-wide social events throughout the year
  • The opportunity to work within a successful and collaborative multi-academy trust focused on achieving the very best outcomes for children

Visits to the school are warmly welcomed. Please contact Nicola Rodmell on 01634 240061 for further information or to arrange a visit.
