Midday Meals Supervisor

 

Location: Enfield – easily accessible from central, north, and east London, as well as surrounding areas.

Salary:  Ark Support Band 2 point 2-3 (£25,247-25,633 pro rata) depending on experience.

Working pattern: Part-time Term-time only

Hours & Work Pattern:  15 hours per week (10.00am – 2.00pm or 10.15am – 2.15pm)

About the role:

We are seeking to recruit two Midday Meals Supervisor, who will supervise the pupils during lunch breaks, ensuring that their health and safety is maintained and that breaks are positive, well managed experiences for them. In this role you will be responsible for helping to ensure that our mealtimes run smoothly.

 

One post holder will work from 11.00am until 2.00pm managing the clearing stations, clearing plates, and moving trolleys from the clearing stations up to the kitchen. They will be working alongside the other Catering Assistants.

 

The other post holder will work from 11.15am until 2.15pm will be responsible for transporting the Primary satellite unit, clearing the primary tables, and making sure all the dishes are brought back. They may also help set up the secondary serveries. After that, they will go to the main secondary hall and helps set up a satellite lunch unit we will have there. They will then be solely responsible for clearing the tables and moving them to the side, sweeping the floor etc.
