• Working pattern: Part time: 10 hours per week, 38 weeks per year
• Contract type: Permanent
• Full time equivalent salary: Scale 1, (SCP 2-4) - £24,413 - £25,185 (please note this is the full time equivalent salary. The salary will be paid pro rata to hours and weeks worked)

What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will have: 

• Experience of interacting with children 

• Ability to work under supervision and as a member of a team 

• Interpersonal skills to communicate well with children and to command attention 

• Ability to be flexible and to work on own initiative within school guidelines 

• Understanding of safeguarding and recognising the importance of ensuring a secure and safe environment for pupils
