Midday Supervisor Assistant job summary
Porchester Junior School are looking to appoint a motivated team player to join our hardworking and friendly team as soon as possible. Working as part of The Flying High Trust, this position offers a dynamic individual an exciting opportunity to join our ongoing journey to be the best we can be.

About the role:
Lunchtime is an important part of our pupils' school day and we require caring and patient staff to support our pupils. This includes supporting eating meals, mirroring expectations, engaging in play and keeping children safe.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is personable, friendly, approachable with a can-do approach to challenges;
- Strives to be the best they can be with a desire to support the ongoing development of the Porchester Junior School and to get the best out of everyone;
- Has a passion in supporting our pupil’s development and education;
- Is creative, dynamic and can build effective relationships and deliver on agreed goals.
