What the school offers its staff
At Wyvern Academy, we specialise in supporting children and young people aged 2 to 19 years with learning difficulties, including autism, physical and sensory disabilities and healthcare needs
We’re all about creating a place where every child feels safe, valued, and ready to learn – whether it’s in the classroom or at lunch! We believe that lunchtimes should be a moment for children to recharge and enjoy good food with their friends.

- It’s a job with heart – We’re not just about education in our small classes, we’re about building confidence, spreading joy, and creating meaningful connections that will stay with you for life.
- We’re an amazing team who are all in it together and we’ve got your back during the good, the bad, and the “Did that really just happen?” moments.
