Midday Supervisor job summary
Cotgrave Candleby Lane School is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our existing team. If you're passionate about ensuring the safety and well-being of children during lunchtime and fostering a fun, positive environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

We are looking for someone who:
- Can supervise and support students during lunch breaks.
- Is flexible and able to solve problems.
- Will promote healthy play and positive behaviour.
- Is passionate about supporting and providing for the needs of all pupils.
- Has excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Can work effectively with and without direction.
- Enthusiasm, energy integrity and professionalism.
- Is a team player.
- Is willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
Your core duties will be:
- Helping to ensure lunchtime runs smoothly.
- Supporting pupils eating their dinner in the dinner hall.
- Supporting pupils playing outside.
- Ensuring that all pupils are cared for, looked after and kept safe.
