Midday Supervisor job summary
Loughton School is seeking reliable and caring Midday Supervisors to join our supportive team. This roles are essential in helping us maintain a safe, positive and enjoyable environment for our pupils during the lunchtime period.
Key responsibilities include:

Supervising pupils in the dining hall, playground and around the school grounds

Promoting positive behaviour and ensuring pupil safety at all times
-
Supporting the wellbeing of all children during the lunch break

Organising engaging lunchtime activities

Reporting any concerns to senior staff
The successful candidate will:
-
Be confident and enthusiastic when working with children aged 7–11
-
Have experience working with or caring for children (desirable)
-
Be able to follow school policies and procedures
-
Communicate clearly and work well as part of a team
-
Have a commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare
You may occasionally be asked to attend meetings or training outside of your regular hours, for which you will be paid.
