Midday Supervisor job summary

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed Midday Supervisor to join the team at Leverington Primary Academy. The successful candidate will be a positive role model who enjoys working with children, promotes positive behaviour and helps create a happy environment.

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience of working with children.

Encourage positive behaviour and support children to make good choices.

Be confident in dealing with minor disagreements and helping children resolve conflicts.

Supervise the children safely in the dining hall, playground and school buildings.

Be flexible and proactive within their role.

Build positive relationships with colleagues and be able to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team.

Be reliable, flexible and punctual.

Be committed to the role and the wider school values.
