We are looking for someone who:

• Understands that every child is unique and is able to respond sensitively to individual needs, including those of pupils with SEND. 
• Can support children to develop independence, friendships, resilience and positive social skills, knowing when to step in and when to encourage children to resolve things for themselves. 
• Is calm, patient and fair, and can confidently support children to make positive choices. 
• Understands the importance of safeguarding and is committed to ensuring that all children feel safe, valued and included. 
• Is reliable, flexible and a positive team player who will contribute fully to the wider life of our small but awesome school community. 

 

Working Hours 

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 12.00pm-1.30pm
