What skills and experience we're looking for
Hillocks Primary Academy are looking for a Midday Supervisor to join our talented and supportive team. The role of the Midday Supervisor is vital in ensuring that the well-being and health and safety of our pupils is maintained at lunchtime.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, which will allow you to engage with the children and other work colleagues. Previous experience of working in an education environment or experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.

- Has the ability to build and maintain good relationships

- Has an understanding of issues of confidentiality

- Knowledge of health and safety
- Previous experience of working with children or young adults
