Your Role:
- Supervise pupils in the dining hall and playground areas
- Coordinate the midday supervisor team ensuring a safe environment
- Act as a role model and provide support and guidance to colleagues
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable lunchtime for all pupils
- Be caring, hardworking, and open to training
- Most importantly, have a genuine love for working with children
Main Purpose of the Role:
In your role as a Midday Supervisor Lead, you will supervise pupils in the dining hall and playground areas, ensuring a safe and enjoyable lunchtime for all. You will support, guide, and coordinate Midday Supervisors, helping to maintain a consistent approach to behaviour management and safeguarding procedures. You should be caring, hardworking, and open to training, with a genuine love for working with children.
Organisation:
- Take charge of supervising pupils in designated areas.
- Organise midday meals ensuring positive environment for all children
- Assist with daily decisions on pupil use areas, such as during wet lunchtimes.
