£2,752.85 - £2,796.04 + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits Permanent, Part Time 5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year January 2026 Start We are looking for a caring and reliable Midday Supervisor to join our friendly team at Lift Ashingdon. You will play a key role in making lunchtimes a safe, happy and enjoyable part of the school day, helping our children to eat well, play well and return to afternoon lessons ready to learn. In this role, you will: * Supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground and other designated areas over the lunchtime period * Help ensure children are safe, well behaved and respectful towards one another * Encourage positive play, inclusion and friendship so that every child feels involved * Support children with routines such as washing hands, lining up and eating their lunch * Help to deal calmly and confidently with any minor incidents, accidents or disagreements * Assist with keeping dining and play areas clean and tidy, including wiping tables and clearing spillages About Lift Ashingdon Lift Ashingdon is part of a family of schools brought together by one common vision and passionate belief that each and every child can lead a remarkable life. Nestled in the heart of Ashingdon village, Lift Ashingdon is easily accessible from Rochford, Southend, Hockley, and Rayleigh. Welcoming approximately 210 students from Reception to Year 6, we serve families from Ashingdon, South Fambridge, Canewdon, Hockley, Rochford, and Hullbridge.
